1. Who we are and what we do

Wellnooz LLC is a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE.

Wellnooz operates a discovery and connection platform. We help you find licensed wellness providers of natural and traditional treatment and send an appointment request on your behalf. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we are not a party to the care you receive.

2. Appointment requests

• We send requests; we do not make bookings. Submitting a request through Wellnooz does not create an appointment. The wellness provider will contact you to arrange one.
• We do not guarantee a response. We ask wellness providers to respond promptly, but we cannot guarantee that a wellness provider will respond, accept your request, or have availability.
• We do not handle payment. Wellnooz does not collect payment for treatment, does not process fees on behalf of wellness providers, and is not involved in any financial transaction between you and a wellness provider. Any fees are agreed directly with the wellness provider.
• Prices shown are indicative. Any price range displayed is provided by the wellness provider as a guide only. The actual price is confirmed by the wellness provider and may differ.

3. Your relationship with wellness providers

Wellness providers listed on Wellnooz are independent. They are not our employees, agents or partners. Your agreement for treatment is with the wellness provider, not with Wellnooz. Any dispute about care, fees, cancellation or conduct is between you and the wellness provider.

4. Information on the site

• Information about conditions and therapies is provided for general information only and is not medical advice
• Wellness provider and practitioner information is supplied by the wellness providers themselves; we verify licenses but do not independently verify all other content
• We do not endorse, recommend or rank any wellness provider
• Search results are not a clinical recommendation and do not indicate suitability for you personally

5. Using the site

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting a request
• Use the platform only for genuine appointment enquiries
• Not misuse, disrupt, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached.

6. Wellness provider obligations

Wellness providers listed on Wellnooz agree that they:

• Hold and maintain all licenses required to provide the services listed
• Provide valid licenses and certifications at registration and updated documents on renewal
• Are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, including specialties, services and practitioner credentials
• Will respond promptly to appointment requests and confirm to Wellnooz whether an appointment was booked
• Will deliver services within their licensed scope of practice and in accordance with UAE health regulations

Where a license held on our records has expired or is no longer valid, the wellness provider or practitioner will be removed from the directory until a valid license is provided. We may also remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or where the wellness provider does not respond to requests.

7. Intellectual property

The Wellnooz platform, its content, design, clinical catalogue and branding are owned by Wellnooz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or extract them without written permission. Wellness providers retain rights in the content they supply and grant us a license to display it on the platform and in promotional material for the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• We provide the platform as it is, without warranties as to availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice or treatment of any wellness provider or practitioner
• We are not liable for any clinical outcome, injury or loss arising from treatment you receive
• We are not liable for a wellness provider failing to respond, failing to attend, or cancelling
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wellnooz against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
