People arrive at Wellnooz with a specific condition or goal. They see the therapies suited to it, and then the verified wellness providers who offer those therapies. The requests you receive are from people who already know what they are looking for.

Promotion of the platform, and of you

We actively promote Wellnooz through marketing, content and partnerships. Every listed wellness provider benefits from that visibility as part of the directory.

A verified profile

Your clinic and each of your licensed practitioners have a profile showing credentials, specialties and services - with a verification marker that distinguishes you from unlicensed operators.

No system to buy, no commission

Requests arrive by email. You keep your existing diary and your existing processes. We do not take a commission and we do not handle your billing.

How it works

Registration and verification

You provide your facility license, the licenses of each practitioner you wish to list, your services, and a contact email for receiving requests. We verify your licenses with the relevant health authority before your listing goes live.

Your listing goes live

Your profile appears in searches relevant to the conditions and therapies you have told us you provide and we have verified against the license you have provided.

You receive appointment requests

When someone requests an appointment with you, we send the request to your registered email with the person's contact details, the therapy they are interested in, and their preferred timing.

You contact the patient and arrange the appointment

The appointment is arranged directly between you and the patient. Wellnooz does not book appointments, does not manage your availability, and does not take payment.

You confirm the outcome to us

We ask you to tell us whether the appointment was booked or not. This is a one-click confirmation in the request email. It takes seconds and it matters - it is how we understand whether the platform is working, and it is the basis of the reporting we can give you on the requests you receive.

What we ask of you

Respond promptly

Please respond to appointment requests within 3 working hours. A request that goes unanswered is a poor experience for the person who made it and reflects on every wellness provider on the platform. We monitor response times, and we may deprioritise or remove listings that repeatedly do not respond.

Confirm the outcome

Tell us whether each request resulted in a booked appointment, using the links in the request email.

Keep your information accurate

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in your listing - your licensed specialties, the services you offer, your practitioners' credentials, and your contact details. You must not list services you are not licensed to provide.

Keep your licenses current

You must provide valid licenses and certifications at registration and maintain their validity at all times. You must notify Wellnooz within 7 days of any change affecting your listing, including license renewal, expiry, suspension or withdrawal; any change to your licensed scope of practice or the services you are authorised to provide; and any practitioner joining or leaving your facility. Where a license held on our records has expired, or where we are unable to confirm its validity, the wellness provider or practitioner concerned will be removed from the directory until valid documentation is supplied.

Provide care in accordance with your license

Treatment must be delivered by appropriately licensed practitioners, within their approved scope of practice, and in accordance with applicable UAE health regulations.

Costs

Listing on Wellnooz is currently free. There is no listing fee, no commission on appointments, and no charge for requests received. If we introduce a commercial model in future, we will give existing wellness providers reasonable notice before any charge applies.
